Open Notepad, paste the following
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USB]
&quot;DisableSelectiveSuspend&quot;=dword:00000001
Save it as USBdisablepower.reg
double click it and merge, go back to device manager like the previous post and the power options should be gone because selective suspend is disabled.
