So lots of business people are starting to use the iPhone 3GS instead of the BlackBerry because it now supports Microsoft Exchange. You can sync your email, calendar, and contact to your iPhone easily now, so why not enjoy all the extra features of the iPhone?
Once you sync your email to your iPhone, you’ll probably notice that any email you send from the phone have a default email signature of “Sent from my iPhone”. That’s pretty lame and shabby looking if you’re responding to clients or colleagues.
In this post, I’ll go through the steps to change your email signature on the iPhone.
First, click on the Settings button on your iPhone home screen:
Next, click on the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars option under settings:
Next, you can to click on the Signature option under the Mail heading:
![]()
Now all you have to do is type in a new email signature into the box. Unfortunately, you cannot yet add any kind of HTML into your email signature on the iPhone. You’ll just have to live with plain text until they decide to change this.
That’s it! Now you can put your name, email address, phone, fax, address, or whatever else you want to include! Enjoy!
