The tabbed interface in Firefox allows you to conveniently open multiple pages when starting Firefox. If you have several websites you access often, this can be a useful feature.
To setup multiple pages to open when starting Firefox, select Options from the Tools menu.
The Options dialog box displays. Make sure the General screen is active. In the Home Page edit box, enter the address of the page you want displayed in the left-most tab when Firefox opens. After that address, insert a vertical bar (|). Note that it doesn’t matter whether there is a space or not between the vertical bar and the address it separates. It will work either way.
There does not appear to be any limit to the number of pages you can choose to open when Firefox starts.
There is an even easier way to setup multiple pages to open when Firefox starts. When you’re in Firefox, open all the tabbed pages you want to see on the browser’s startup. Then, select Options from the Tools menu, as before. Under the Home Page edit box, click the Use Current Pages button.
Firefox will now automatically open all the pages you had open on the tabs in the browser when you clicked the Use Current Pages button.
