If you recieved this error after a paper jam there may be a small piece of paper covering the thermostats or the thermistors. The thermostats usually sit above the fuser (hot part) to detect the temp. of the rollers. Check to make sure that the paper is removed or that the thermistors are touching the roller or belt.
