This paper jam is kind of a pain in the ass, I just spent almost an hour trying to find where the darn paper was stuck, but it wasn’t until I grabbed a flashlight and looked into the thing very deep that I was able to spot it

this is the type of printer we were having issues with. to remove the paper jam I had to remove the top section, and then unscrew the paper holder to get the paper out:

I guess the hardest part is to spot where the paper was stuck, I was already thinking that probably the printer was wrongly sensing the paper jam.
