		<description>Method one worked great.. It had been about 3 months of frustration, I was ready to give my laptop a good pounding.. I had tried reseting the router, modem, you name it. Now when it asks for elevation, in the command window. You can open the command window by right clicking, on the icon, before opening the command window. and run as administrator. All elevation means, is that is administrator. Again.. Thanks</description>
