Hi, I am having difficulty with my printer, I connect to a windows 2008 server but the printer will only ever print on tray 1. The printer is a ricoh aficio spc231SF. Im working on a MAC 10.7.2 lion OS

and yes,i forgot,i was using apple remote desktop on mac and RealVNC Server on win

Thanks mate,i just have tried this on my two laptops (one mac and one win),works great.Than i tried to connect on my friend`s comp overseas and i couldnt connect.Is it some problem with routers or something,what i have to do to connect on the overseas comp?please help if you know what`s the problem,i really would appreciate it.
