In part one we started by checking and troubleshooting some basic stuff in the TCP/IP settings, but sometimes the problem lies somewhere else. On windows the “Client for Microsoft Windows” needs to be installed in order for the Internet to work, to check if it’s installed on your computer go to “My Network Places” on your desktop or menu bar and Right click it and go to Properties right click “Local Area Connection“ icon and go to Properties,

“client for Microsoft windows” should be the first item listed on the local area connection property window, if it’s not there you need to install it, by click on “Install” Select “client” and Client for Microsoft Windows should be on the option there to install it, after you install it you will need to restart your computer.
