Copy-paste this code into notepad, and save it as a .bat file.
@echo off
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
You can remove  &quot;@echo off&quot;  in the first line if you want to see it do its work, or/and you add &quot;pause&quot; (no quotation marks) if you want it to stay after having done its work. (try both, you can always change it after).
Another good trick is to save the .bat file anywhere else than into the desktop, find that file, right-click, send to &gt; desktop, right-click the shortcut on your desktop&gt;Properties&gt;change icon... into anything you want (for example a mouse and a planet)... rename that shortcut, and just double-click it ... tadaa!
for testing it, i suggest you use this code first (and if you want to check what it will tell you, what your new ip address is and so on):
ipconfig /release

pause
