yes it's works also if u have administrator right to u r computer user id.

Thanks for the post, this is exactly what I was looking for. After running the net user command, I changed the admin password and voila. I can now use VMware Server under a Windows 7 account with no password.

I still have the issue.

Windows 7 64bit, enabled the Administrator account and assigned it a password. "disabled" the UAC.

Does still not work yet.
