Businesses most likely will bypass Windows Vista

Businesses will likely stick with windows XP until Microsoft releases the next version of windows, and bypass windows vista, some analysts say. The service pack 1 that is scheduled to be released the first quarter of the following year is the only shot Microsoft has to convince businesses to upgrade to windows vista. If SP1 does not smooth out all the problems in vista, businesses most likely will stick with XP until Microsoft releases windows 7 in 2010.
