Windows Vista built-in tool has shrink and expand functions in Windows Disk Management. If there is unallocated space around the partition which you want to resize larger, you can use windows vista built-in tool to resize disk partition larger without third party software. If there is no unallocated space around the partition which you want to resize larger, how to resize disk partition larger? A free partition tool is the best choice, the detailed solution: http://www.partition-tool.com/resource/partition-magic-vista.htm
