Any more suggestions?

I tried to restore my PC to an earlier date and also uninstall the program I thought was the cause of this problem, but still both didn't work.

Any more suggestions?

By: scott

<guid

When I go to Printers from the Control Panel the problem Windows Explorer stopped working occurs. Also when I open a document in Word and go to File / Print menu, then Word stops working. This problem seems to be with the Printer.
When I go to Install Hardware and install the Printer an error appears 'element not found'. When I try tp install on-line it detects the drivers on Vista but then an error appears 'wrong data type'.

I have installed Vista Starter and have a problem installing my Printer HP LaserJet 1100.
