The story goes that the Royale Theme got leaked out from Microsoft in 2005 during windows media center beta testing, now you can download it to give windows XP a new look, the look of windows media center.
Download it here . download it to your hard-drive and run the setup installation, after you finish the installation, right click on an empty area on your desktop and go to properties, and on the theme tab select the “Royale” as theme and click OK, that should change your current theme from your computer and replace it with the Royale theme.
