Microsoft has announced the release of Silverlight a cross-browser, cross platform plugin for delivering .NET based media experience and rich interactive applications for the web. you can download silverlight at http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/install.aspx .Silverlight is currently supported on Windows and Mac OS X platforms and is going to be available for Linux on a mono project called moonlight http://www.mono-project.com/Moonlight .
