He has been a technology geek as long as he can remember. As a teenager, he gushed over technology magazines and installed all the software that came in the bundled DVD. When he got access to the internet, his world truly opened up.
He started blogging about technology in the days of Windows 7 and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. His first Mac, in 2011, changed everything again. He has written about everything from Windows 8, Windows 10, macOS to Android’s evolution through Material Design. For the past couple of years, he has specialized in the world of Apple. He now has a deep understanding of iOS, macOS and watchOS software and apps.
Khamosh started writing how-tos and tutorials at Guiding Tech, where his work was linked to by Lifehacker and other websites. He then spent a couple of years writing for MakeUseOf. He currently writers for How-To Geek, Lifehacker, and contributes to Zapier.
Khamosh is also a UX Designer and he brings the empathy-driven design-thinking process to his writing as well. He strives to simplify technology so that anyone and everyone can use technology to improve their lives. In his free time, you’ll find him taking long walks listening to audiobooks or podcasts, reading a book, or trying to wrap his head around a particular philosophy.
