Help Desk Geek accepts a limited number of paid placements: sponsored posts, guest posts, link insertions, product reviews, and display campaigns. Every placement goes through the same editorial process as our regular content, and we retain final editorial control over everything we publish.

Placement Duration
Placements are permanent by default. Fixed-term placements are available at a discount:
- Permanent — full base price (default).
- 12 months — 80% of the base price.
- 6 months — 65% of the base price.
How It Works
- Payment — 100% upfront via invoice.
- Turnaround — 3 business days from receipt of final content and payment.
- Editorial control — We retain final editorial control and may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, and style.
- Refunds — None once the placement is published.
What We Don’t Accept
We do not accept placements in the following categories, at any price:
- Gambling, casino, or sports betting
- Adult or NSFW content
- Crypto, ICOs, or memecoins
- CBD or cannabis
- Essay mills
Disclosure
Paid placements are disclosed to readers. Our editorial how-to content is not sold as advertorial without disclosure, and sponsors never influence our independent editorial coverage.
